CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the service booked. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time, or No Call/No Show clients, will be charged 100% of the service booked. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file when booking an appointment. To respect the time of all clients, arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment and is subject to the same cancellation policy. In this case, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. Thank you for respecting my time, as I will always respect yours. 💜
