CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Cancellations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment will be subjected to 50% of service booked. Cancellation made within 12 hours and up unto the appointment time booked OR a “NO CALL, NO SHOW” will be subjected to 100% of the service booked. We will require a credit card on file at the time of booking. It is my goal to provide the best service possible to you and all of my clients. With respect to that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subjected to the policy stated above. At that point we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and/or time. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of the other clients. I will respect yours as well.
